The Services integrate with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Vercel, Supabase, others). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms.

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArketLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ArketLabs harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
