If you wish to delete personal data collected by ArketLabs, follow these instructions.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to contacto@arketlabs.com with:
- Subject:
[DATA DELETION REQUEST] - Body: your full name, the email address(es) or platform identifiers associated with the data you wish to delete, and a brief description of the data.
You may include a copy of an identification document for verification.
What Will Be Deleted
- Personal information you provided through forms or conversations with AI agents
- Lead records associated with your contact information
- Analytical data linked to your identifiable information
What May Be Retained
- Fiscal and accounting records (per Mexican Tax Code)
- Records necessary for legal claims or compliance
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
Response Time
We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 calendar days.
Connected Platforms
If you arrived through a third-party platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), please also review their data deletion procedures, as some data may be controlled by them.
Instrucciones de Eliminación de Datos (Español)
Para eliminar tus datos personales, envía un correo a contacto@arketlabs.com con asunto [SOLICITUD DE ELIMINACIÓN DE DATOS], indicando nombre completo y los identificadores asociados (correo, teléfono, perfil de red social).
Confirmaremos la recepción en 5 días hábiles y completaremos la eliminación en un máximo de 30 días naturales, salvo datos que debamos conservar por obligación legal (registros fiscales y contables).
